NOISE AND AMPLIFIED MUSIC INFORMATION

Parklife is dedicated to ensuring that they are compliant with the noise regulations set within their licence. Parklife work with an independent noise consultancy company, who are constantly monitoring the six stages and two permanent offsite locations (Sheepfoot Lane and Bury Old Rd) as well as periodic checks at four other locations around the site and in response to complaints.

They can also attend to monitor at resident’s homes (they would do this outside the address) if someone is having an issue.  This can be arranged at the time by contacting the CIT team.

If music noise is predicted to go above the limit levels prescribed within the Premises Licence (which are based on national guidelines) the team are able to intervene before this happens by requesting a reduction at the relevant stage.

Parklife remained fully compliant throughout the weekend of the 2025 event and Manchester City Council’s Environmental Health Officers also undertook independent spot checks and were satisfied with the noise management. A full summary report is provided to the councils by the independent noise monitoring team.

If you have concerns at future concerts and you would like us to attend and monitor near your home please contact the CIT team at the time and we will arrange this.

For any concerns regarding noise, please contact the CIT HERE.
